The first step to transformational internship experiences in Washington, D.C.
For almost two decades, The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars (TWC) has hosted over 900 Canadian students for transformational experiences in the nation’s capital. Interns from Canada have come from over 30 universities in Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick (among others), and have been placed with notable sites including the Embassy of Canada, Amber Road and Global Giving.
TWC is proud of partnerships with Canadian universities and governments who play in instrumental role in bringing Canadian students to D.C. How to Apply
1. Speak with your TWC campus liaison to explore your options to participate through your university.
2. Start or continue your application by visiting TWC's application page.
3. Begin an internship application.
4. Send supplemental documents - transcripts, TOEFL (or equivalent) scores if studying in a French speaking university, the picture on the first page of your passport, and letters of recommendation.
