Experience The Washington Center
A Week in the Life
The Washington Center relies on a range of strong strategic partnerships, which serve as a foundation for our organization’s success. We work with more than 500 colleges and universities around the world that recognize the value of experiential education and grant credit - or offer financial assistance - to their students to participate. We also partner with some 1,000 work sites that offer substantive internships for our students; and hundreds of corporations, foundations, governments, alumni and friends that provide critical financial support.
These alliances have made it possible for us to bring thousands of students to Washington, D.C., each year, for a chance to hone professional skills in their field of interest, explore firsthand the impact of community engagement, and to interact with top-tier professionals and thought leaders in all sectors around the world in a truly life-changing experience. The power of these partnerships has propelled The Washington Center to be a true leader in the field of experiential education.
Together, we are shaping a new generation of leaders. We invite you to join us.
