Farewell Dinner, the beginning of the end.

Farewell Dinner, the beginning of the end.

CAPA held a farewell dinner for my Washinton Center group in a restaurant named Café Below (it's in a medieval crypt!) in London.

The food was fabulous! I had the Pan fried Sea Bream, with runner beans, Jersey royals and salsa verde. It was so good!

I made sure to thank them for everything they've done to help us throughout the program (especially the ride to the airport for our return flight).

It feels like just last week I arrived in London for the first time for the London Program. I remember meeting the wonderful CAPA staff, arriving at my accommodation Nido Spitalfields (and being taken away by my view of the Gherkin), and having my internship interview (which became my first workday).

This whole program is a whirlwind. It goes by too quickly. Of course I've enjoyed it! I feel like I've finally gotten the hang of the city, but now I must leave! I definitely saw many of the places I felt I needed to see. I've seen every country on the island! I missed a couple of places due to lack of time, such as Ireland, Northern Ireland, and The Netherlands but I feel that's for my next trip to Europe. If there's one thing this trip did to me it was make me want to see as much of the world as I can.

Here's a picture of the TWC London Program students together at their offical Farewell Dinner (in the crypt!):
