I've only been in D.C. a few weeks but to put it simply, I love it. After becoming a metro-master, I easily found my way around town and got integrated into the city. People everywhere seem to be happy. The sun has been shining and an air of success is always in the breeze. Something I've definitely noticed while being here is that people love music. Street corners, metro stops, and parks are always filled with the sound of instruments and individuals showing off their musical talents. Over the past few days there has been quite the gathering around a group playing at the Chinatown metro stop. There's nothing quite like getting off of work and hearing funky vibes fill the streets.
