Annual Scholarship Dinner: The Power of Partnerships

The Washington Center’s Annual Scholarship Dinner is its largest and most important fundraising event. Proceeds fund more than two million dollars in scholarships that TWC provides to 85 percent of its students annually.

TWC’s Annual Scholarship Dinner, formerly called the Gala, will be better than ever this year. We’ve redesigned the event; we’ve not only changed the name but also the focus: the program will feature more students, more alumni and will celebrate the impact of the many partnerships that help to provide a TWC experience for nearly 2,000 college students and young professionals from around the world each year.

More than 550 guests attend this celebratory event which highlights TWC's network of critical partners. They come from many diverse constituent groups: members of affiliated universities; some of TWC's more than 52,000 alumni; board members; state and international leaders; corporate and foundation sponsors; congressional leaders; and other close friends.
