Pre-arrival Resources for Students and Liaisons

Our website for accepted students has extensive resources for both students and liaisons.  The website contains the following:

  • Admission Guide – a series of reminders and a check-list for students
  • Placement Process Information – offers suggestions on “how to make the placement process work for you,” and gives students the placement process steps and timeline and sample questions to ask potential internship sites
  • Program Requirements – outlines the three components of the program, including the portfolio and site visit.  The section also explains the role of The Washington Center program advisor.
  • Course guide and registration information
  • Housing and Student Life information and forms – extensive section with information about housing (information about Washington, D.C., locations, directions, parking, services and amenities, policies and procedures, etc), roommate information and the Code of Conduct.
