Liaison Guide

Welcome

Whether you have partnered with us for many years or are new to The Washington Center, we hope you find this page a useful resource in your role as campus liaison. Our liaisons generally take care of an important set of tasks, including: distributing materials and information to publicize and promote Washington Center programs to students, supporting students through the application process and approving them for acceptance, receiving reports and grade recommendations, and (either directly or by work with faculty in different departments) seeing that credit is granted. Essentially, our liaisons represent their institutions to The Washington Center and vice versa. We hope this section will serve as a brief, useful guide to this role.

Washington Center liaisons have positions such as professor of political science, assistant to the provost, director of the honors program, associate dean of arts and science, director of internships or cooperative education, or director of career services.

If at any time you have questions or want to speak with a member of our Institutional Relations staff, please be in touch. Our email is info@twc.edu. Or call 1-800-486-8921 to speak with one of our Senior Vice Presidents, Dr. Joseph Johnston or Dr. Eugene Alpert.
