Format of the event:
Mr. Chip Bishop, Director of Student Programs, will be introducing the Cato Institute, describing Cato’s mission and history. He will also answer institutional and general policy questions you may have, and wrap up the Q&A at the end. He lived in Asia for several years prior to coming to Cato. After that, Mr. Ikenson will deliver a lecture on trade issues, and answer questions related to it.
