Rethinking Federal Internships: Tomorrow's Leaders Series

Last year, the President and OPM announced an overhaul of federal internship programs and the establishment of a new stronger and more comprehensive program called the Pathways program.  On August 18, the President signed another executive order [1] establishing a coordinated government-wide initiative to promote diversity and inclusion in the federal workforce.
