The Washington Center hosted a workshop as part of the Tomorrow's Leadership Series for federal internship supervisors at TWC's Residential Academic Facility.

Internship Supervisors received a full evaluation of "how your personality impacts the student experience," which was the featured theme of this month's workshop. This was done through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment, which has been translated into over 30 languages and used in over 70 countries. It has gained immense popularity in aiding employees identify how to best work in a team settings, how to improve communication skills and how to strengthen their decision-making.
