On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, TWC student Ward Westray of Drake University met with Rep. Keith Ellison in the congressman's office in Rayburn House Office Building and spoke with him on the following topics:
The congressman was happy to meet Ward, a native of Golden Valley, MN, to speak with him regarding these issues. Ward was interested to find out how the office handles the hundreds of letters and postcards the office receives every week. He came away from the meeting with sense of how business is conducted here in D.C. and a better idea of how the congressman works with his constituents.
