Each semester, students from all over the 50 states have the unique opportunity to meet and interact with members of Congress or Senate who represent their state or congressional district through the PPDCH program. Unfortunately for international students, they can't participate in this unique opportunity. That is why the PPDCH program put together a special PPDCH program for Canadian students on April 16th at the RAF.

Canadian students heard from:

  • Tracey Wright, reporter for Global National and a Washington-based producer
  • Sheldon Alberts, Washington correspondent for Postmedia News

Public Policy Dialogues on Capitol Hill (PPDCH), sponsored by the Verizon Foundation, provide students with the unique opportunity to meet and interact with members of the Senate or House of Representatives representing their state or congressional district. This is one component of The Washington Center's internship program.
