Louisiana Students Meet Rep. Richmond's Legislative Staff

TWC intern, Kevin Hagan from Louisiana, met with Congressman Cederic Richmond legislative staff at the Cannon House Office building in Washington, D.C. Kevin, who attends Dillard University, spoke with the congressman’s staff about various policy issues concerning:


Gulf Coast restoration

Levy Protection

Community Development


When asked about the visit, Kevin said: " My question about Gulf Coast restoration was answered. I feel more informed about things going on in Congress that are pertinent to this issue and I was assured that progress is occurring. "
