Central College Student Meets Rep. Boswell's Legislative Staff

Elizabeth Carter, a TWC intern from Iowa, met with Rep. Leonard Boswell's legislative staff at the Longworth House Office Building in Washington, D.C. Elizabeth, who attends Central College, spoke with the staff member about policy issues concerning:

 

Anti-Bullying legislation

Environment

Transit

 

When asked about the visit, she said: "The dialogue informed me resources I can use to learn about what Congress is currently working on right now, and specifically about what my own Congressmen are doing."
