Negotiating Your First Salary

Yes, it’s a relief to get a job offer. You have received a starting salary and benefits package. But before you make a mistake and hastily agree to the offer, do your homework and find out if you are being given a fair offer. In this workshop, you’ll develop an understanding of how to do your homework and negotiate your first salary.
Presenter Dr. Fred Keaton is a 20 year veteran of HR and an Adjunct Professor of Management. He is currently Human Resource Director for The Washington Center.
