Managing up is the process of consciously working with your boss to obtain the best possible results for you, your boss, and your organization (Thomas Zuber and Erika James 2001). The workshop will help you understand different management styles and how to flex your style to maximize your teamwork and outcomes. It will provide a practical tool for you to utilize in the future.
