Oxford, England
Oxford is set in the English countryside an hour’s train ride from London. Home to
Oxford University, the oldest university in the English-speaking world, it is particularly
rich in intellectual and cultural resources.
Its ancient architecture is surrounded by a thoroughly contemporary cityscape, and, as a whole, the town provides a wide array of internship possibilities. This program is designed especially for majors in the liberal arts and sciences who would like to take advantage of the intellectual resources of Oxford while completing an internship that fits their interests and imparts new skills. The Washington, D.C.-Oxford Internship Program is offered in collaboration with St. Mary’s College of Maryland and Oxford’s Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
