Bryan Williams is the founder of BodyWorks LLC, a certified personal trainer and a performance enhancement specialist. Bryan has been a personal trainer for over 10 years, has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Bryan lives a very active & healthy life and practices what he preaches. He empowers everyone that he meets with the same message: To teach people that total health and fitness go hand and hand and are not a sum of parts!
You can command Power, Strength, and Agility with this intensive inspired circuit workout that will push your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, kick, crunch, box, squat and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave the class feeling exhilarated. Sign-up sheet will be located at the RAF concierge desk one week prior to EACH class. Space is limited.
