TWC once again celebrated its 50,000 alumni worldwide during the Fall 2012 Alumni Networking Reception, which takes place once each semester. The event took place at TWC Headquarters, where a mix of 60 students, alumni and professionals, enjoyed hors d'oerves, mingled and learned about a variety of career paths in fields ranging from law to government contracting. The night resulted in an opportunity for students to gain an insider’s perspective to multiple careers from alumni, both new and old.

Little did they know, each attendee would be in for a jam-packed week of programming, receptions and meetings with major political figures who helped shape Charlotte into the up and coming city that it is today.

The Ultimate Boston ARC Event: Reuniting at a Red Sox Game

The Boston Alumni Regional Committee (ARC) hosted their fourth annual networking happy hour and Boston Red Sox game on Thursday, July 19th.  Over 40 Washington Center alumni from the Boston, Massachusetts area gathered for an evening of food, drinks, networking and of course: BASEBALL!

 

Daryl Popper, 2008 alumnus and coordinator of the event said: “It was wonderful making connections with new and familiar faces. I look forward to keeping this tradition alive for years to come and look forward to next year's annual gathering at Fenway.”
