Join alumni, state legislators, and presidents and faculty from Ohio colleges and universities for an early evening reception in Columbus, Ohio with TWC. Hear from TWC alumnus Chris Kershner (’00), Vice President of Public Policy & Economic Development at the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and State Senator Randy Gardner and Chris Hite of Districts 1 and 2.

During this seminar, students will explore the inner workings of the U.S. national security landscape with nationally recognized journalists, politicians, political analysts, and scholars as your guides; expand their knowledge of American and international politics through on-site visits to such places as Capitol Hill, executive agencies, embassies, think tanks, and media organizations in Washington, D.C.; and engage in and network with nationally and internationally recognized public officials and business professionals to develop their sense of civic engagement and enhance their leadership skills and expertise.
