Carol is responsible for directing public policy initiatives with national constituency groups and think tanks and supporting Federal policy advocacy for AT&T.
Before joining AT&T Public Affairs, Carol held positions in marketing, sales, and in public relations for AT&T. Prior to joining AT&T, Carol was a teacher and worked in film and video production.

Carol is a member of the Board of the Washington Performing Arts Society and the Smith Club of Washington. She received her Masters in History from Georgetown University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Smith College.  She and her husband, John, have three children and reside in Bethesda, Maryland.
