Housing Reservation ContractIn order to confirm a space in The Washington Center housing, you must submit this contract and the $300 housing security deposit no less than six (6) weeks prior to your check-in date. If you are admitted within six (6) weeks of the check-in date, this contract and housing security deposit are due within five (5) working days. Please complete your housing reservation on the Student Portal.

To help you and your roommates start off on the right foot, The Washington Center is providing you with this guide. It will hopefully assist you and your roommates in getting to know each other and in setting out some guidelines for your roommate relationship.
