The Washington Center is seeking Adjunct Faculty in Business and Administration to teach evening courses for TWC students. TWC offers academic courses to complement an academic semester built around an internship experience in Washington, D.C.
TWC has current or potential course needs in the following (or related) areas:
- International Business (or Selected Topics in International Business)
- Emerging Markets
- Sustainability and International Business
- Global Markets and International Business Strategy
- International Brand Management
- Corporate Responsibility
Courses meet once a week (Monday through Thursday) for three hours in the evenings (6:30-9:30). The Fall and Spring semesters last 15 weeks, and the Summer term lasts 10 weeks. Classes generally have 16-18 students and consist of mostly junior and senior level college students, both domestic and international.
Required qualifications to teach include an earned doctorate or appropriate terminal degree, with teaching experience at the college level highly preferred. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis thereafter depending on need.
